This morning I scrambled 1 egg and 1 egg white, put it over 2 warm corn tortillas with 1/4 cup shredded cheese and 1/4 of an avocado with some hot sauce. Super yum and under 400 cals!

I LOVE Newman's Own Lite Balsamic. It has 45 calories for 2 tablespoons and only 2g of sugar.

Hot yoga is the only yoga I like. And I've tried LOTS of classes with different teachers to give it a fair shot. LOVE hot yoga! If it weren't so expensive I would keep doing it.

I did this yesterday, and then followed up with an hour of pilates. Awesome leg workout! Next time I'm doing it twice!

If you think it will help keep you motivated, it would be totally worth it! And I agree with the person above, sometimes you don't notice since you see yourself everyday. Pictures are a better way to keep track of that, IMO.

I've been doing Jillians Ripped in 30. It's similar to the 30 Day Shred, but I burn a bit more calories with this one. She can squeeze a great workout in 25-35 minutes!

My favorite marinade is 1/2 teriyaki sauce and 1/2 light italian dressing (I always used wishbone). Let it sit overnight in that, and then cook it however you prefer. It's so good!

Bump I've been doing a shake every morning lately. 1 cup vanilla coconut milk, 1 scoop protein powder, and a cup of frozen berries blended together. It's pretty good, but I'm ready for a snack a couple hours later.

I gained about 30 pounds, lost 25, then gained it all back again. I'm working on losing it again, and KEEPING it off this time. When you start getting too comfortable about portions, and what you eat, and you start working out less.....that's when it will creep back on. I refuse to do all that work again, just to gain it…

Olive oil is a good one too. I put it on salads with a little salt and pepper. It's a good replacement for a bottled dressing.
