Hi there. I am just giving this a try and I eat vegetarian. What sort of foods can i eat that are fats and also do I need to hit the number mark each day to loose the weight?

Vegetarian or vegan? Dairy products are generally good for fat.

Olive oil is a good one too. I put it on salads with a little salt and pepper. It's a good replacement for a bottled dressing.

If you are vegetarian, and still eating cheese, there is a lot of fat in cheese. I am vegan and I get my fats from avocados and nuts mainly.
