  • Log your measurements. If you work out a lot you may be just adding muscle. My rule if my weight goes up but my waist stays the same I don't worry. i've gained 10 lbs from my low but my waist is the same as it was when I hit the low.
  • Not much -- bow hunting is mostly sitting in a stand and trying not to move. When you do move on a stalk or to relocate you move VERY CAREFULLY and SLOWLY.

  • If at all possible do research on menu possibilities BEFORE you leave the house. If the restaurant doesn't post calories on the menu it is much more difficult to make the right choices with a menu in your hand.
