  • Quick question... I chew a gummy multivitamin everyday that has 3 grams of sugar. Is that acceptable at the third week mark? I find tablet vitamins impossible for me to take.

  • There is definitely no shame in walking a 5K. I just finished my first 5K on Sunday. I did a Run Like A Diva 5K. It was great and I even broke my mile time record on my Nike app. If you do decide to do C25K, I recommend the C25K app.
