I think it is a pretty good workout. I use my wii-fit and I do break into a sweat. So why not... You do build up stamina. After jogging on the spot for 2weeks using wii-fit I had the confidence to jog on a treadmill today:wink:

Thanks for all your input. I placed the wii-fit on hard floor (without the rug and took off clothing), I got same reading as digital scale...damn! I was secretly hoping I had magically lost a stone in a week:ohwell:

Same here! I feel so down when i weigh myself monday morning, especially after the hard work of the previous week...

I also have the same obseesion with food & most of my friends are slim:ohwell: ...wish i didn't have to watch what i eat but i guess everyone is different. In the mean time, take it one day at a time, there will be good days & bad days, it does get easier - promise
