Some protien shakes have TONS of Sugar!!! The premixed are the worst.. Try Visalus or GNC Lean, I love them both..

I'm doing Visalus shakes and I have to say I've lost 6 lbs in two weeks and 11"!! I drink two a day along with healthy snack! I would send you the link for information, but it wont let me.. You can add me and then I can send it :)

I totally agree! We only buy free range eggs and Grass fed beef, and free range organic ground turkey, and organic chicken breast, it's expensive but it's totally worth it!

I'm with Evelyn, I also drink Total lean 25 from GNC. The peanut butter chocolate is good, the chocolate is good, the strawberry is a little chalky, but good, and vanilla is good :) You can get it ready made, or simply make them yourself. I recommend if you make them yourself to buy the Total Lean Shaker, mixes them MUCH…

I love me some P90X~ We are on Week 5 but had to stop twice due to both of us being sick, then family coming in to town for our wedding reception :) Back on the horse this week!

I was in the same rut, so here is what I did and it's working great. up your calories, eat LESS Sugar, have little to no Lactose, dairy, yogurt, etc. only about 1 oz. a day.. Thank GOD I read this! I'm going into day 30 and I gained 6 lbs, then lost it, but can't seem to lose anymore. I hate me scale :) But after reading your post I'm really happy again! Thank you soo much for inspiring me to continue! You look AMAZING!
