Today I noticed that I cannot eat 1 cup of Gardettos anymore in a sitting...it's now way too much. Yeah!!

I also weigh in every morning but don't officially record my weight until Thursdays. Haven't gained any weight, but I will post a gain if that is what the scale says.

Finished Day 5 /Level 1 today. Cardio and abs not really a problem, but boy am I having a rough time with strength. Doing modified push- ups and still have to stop occasionally and can rarely do any of the other strength moves without stopping, as well. Good news is I can feel that muscle on my arms..it's working.

Just finished Day 2 of the shred. So sore, but I pulled through. Think I'll mute Jillian and blast itunes tomorrow, too. Anything to make it seem faster and easier. Thanks for the tip.

Started today, and legs are killing me. The squat and push ups were the worst, but I felt great after. Ready for day 2 tomorrow morning..excited about seeing the results at the end. Feel free to add me.

I tend to get very hungry a couple days before I start, then during I can't eat much because I get nauseous.
