I usually run through them and after 10-15 minutes of light jogging/warming up they tend to go away and feel great. Watch how you're running, heel striking is one of the main reasons that causes them and i know i am one. Correcting you're running technique is probably what needs to be done here.

Currently cutting down to around 160 from 185, then going to bulk for pretty much all of 2013 on a 250 calorie surplus. Add me if you'd like.

I work around machinery everyday and started doing IF around 3 months ago. I have had none of these symptoms and i feel great doing IF. You would have to try it for yourself to see if it will effect you the same or if you have these symptoms.

Tdee + 250-350 calories as the surplus to build muscle. As a beginner to lifting you might be able to put on a bit of muscle at maintenance calories but not what you could at a surplus.

Awesome thread, these are my current stats: 168lbs 5'8 Squat - 315 Deadlift - 375 Bench Press - 265 Ohp - 130 ( i have trouble with this lift for some reason, am working on this hard) Been lifting for about 7 months total, only started squats/deadlifts about 3 months ago. That's why they are so far behind my bench.

Your cardio sessions are actually working against you. If you want strength/mass go on a good strength training routine like starting strength and possibly add a few accessories if you feel the need but if you give it max effort you shouldnt need accessories. Make sure to eat 10-15% over tdee so that you gain some good…

Protein powder is the cheapest protein you can get. As far as meals go, i prefer chicken breast with broccowli. You can also do salmon or tilapia as the main protein source. I also mix protein powder in with oats to give them flavor and add decent protein to any meal.
