Cholesterol - The American Heart Association recommends that you limit your average daily cholesterol intake to less than 300 milligrams. If you have heart disease, limit daily intake to less than 200 milligrams.
Fiber - Women need 25 grams per day and men should get 38 grams per day, according to an Institute of Medicine formula based on getting 14 grams of fiber for every 1,000 calories.

Flawed numbers, i take in 1300+ milligrams of cholesterol per day. My cholesterol levels are superb. Just saying.0
