Down 20 lbs
Started lifting/running/eating correctly for the first time ever 3 months ago. Went from 183lbs and high teens bodyfat to 160 right now low teens and put on a bit of muscle in the process. Looking to continue my cut down to sub 10% bodyfat, then continue a 4 month bulk. Just a few progress pics.
