Here to lose fat and gain muscle

Started about 3 months ago, i weighed 183 lbs and felt pretty crappy about myself. So i looked into bodybuilding and have been hooked since. I'm now down to 160 lbs and right around 12% bodyfat. Going to aim for 8% bodyfat then start a slow lean bulk. Add me as a friend if you want, support is always appreciated. 3 month before and after pics below.

    try functional training... either ask at the gym for that or do some research on it and find out what works for you..i lost the bulk of my weight from functional training and cardio

    Right now i just started a keto diet and am on my strategical decindonditioning weeks of my hypertrophy routine. I do an 45 mins to an hr of cardio daily.

    I think you just need to make those IMGs lower case.
