I am 5'11 and my weight currently is 69lbs. While my upper body is just fine the way it is right now, I still carry a lot of weight around my booty, my thighs and calfs. Apart from using resistance bands, you could also use a table or something similar - just be creative and modify the movements if you need to :-) Example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OYUxXMGVuuU I just love P90X!

I am currently in week 9 of P90X and just love it. I started once before but was not able to keep pressing play for more than four weeks. I tried an app called Alpine Replay this year. Pretty decent and free app. It distinguishes the time you spend on the slope between slope time, resting and lifting. It gives you information about calories burned, speed, jumps, vertical drop, distance etc.
