Definitely not worth it!!! There is no magic pill, unfortunately :)
-
definitely don't panic! Eat as well as you can (very little sugar) and just weigh yourself on Saturday. :)

I have to remove myself from the kitchen or anywhere near it. I can be completely full, but there is just something in me that wants to keep eating. It's hard, but I usually succeed.

An invite is coming your way!

So glad I wasn't the only one!

I logged as circuit training...no clue if that was right since i didn't have my heart rate monitor at the time.

My dad lost five toes to diabetes. I was pre-diabetic myself.

Starting on April 1st and I can't wait!! That plus Shakelology and clean eating will help me lose the last 10 lbs!

I love Les Mills! I just order the programs to do at home because 1)I have two little kids and no time for classes or the gym 2) it ended up being cheaper in the long run. Check out my blog for results on all the work outs I've done : http://www.fitfiercemama.blogspot.com

Hi- I have been on high blood pressure medication and high cholesterol med on and off from 26-30. Since losing the weight, I don't need them at all. Please feel free to add me for support! I have a 4 yr old and a 2.5 yr old too! What kind of exercise are you doing? I'd recommend walking, yoga, pilates, and low intensity…

I think your principle of eating 5-6 times a day is good, but, yes, eating lean cuisines so many times a day is not good. Try and eat lean protein, veggies, and healthy fats. I do a lot of cooking on weekends so I can have "fast" food during the week with my busy schedule. Today's lunch was a giant salad with salmon, some…

I was in the same boat- on meds for high cholesterol and high blood pressure at 26. I was also pre-diabetic. I knew I couldn't put my kids through the emotional turmoil of being unhealthy and having health issues so young. I just didn't want to feel unhealthy anymore either. Plus, my dad is a severe diabetic and has lost…

Hi there, I agree with the poster about your diet? How is that? Weight loss is 75% diet and 25% exercise. You seem to have a great handle on the exercise part!!
-
Meant to add I'm a working mom of two little ones and I am addicted to snacking (mostly almond butter and cashews). I try to eat 85% paleo and love working out!
-
Just try to stay positive and get back on track when you get off it. That will happen, but recommitting is the best thing to do. This is a journey- and it has highs and lows. Hang in there!!

Sorry, I've never heard of it but I hate to see posts with no responses :) Good luck!

Feel free to add me too! I don't blog on tumblr, but I have a blog here: http://fitfiercemama.blogspot.com/

Feel free to add me! I've lost 82 lbs and hit my first goal. My second goal has been hardest- the last 10 lbs!
-
Welcome! Feel free to add me and ask any questions you have! I'm doing a clean eating challenge right now though and not tracking my food here as part of that (just FYI- older food diaries are public)

I'm sorry things aren't fitting since you're done the baby weight, but hang in there!

I have the same problem staying on track on weekends when I'm with my husband and two little ones. I might relax a little and have one cheat meal, but I eat well the rest of the day. If I know I'm going out, I will eat/drink in moderation, but not go crazy. I know how hard it is and it definitely feels like I'm not having…

I just sent you a friend request!

I only work out at home, usually before they wake up in the morning. There is no way I could get to a gym and get a decent work out in. I also like working out at home. I work full time too, so I don't want to be gone from them anymore than I have to!
-
Take measurements- they are much better at showing progress regardless of what the scale says!
-
sounds like a good reason to me!

Thanks for posting this question! I'm starting it April 1st (need to finish my other programs first!) and I can't wait!!
