I have 15-20 lbs to lose after having my third baby. I've been cutting, with success for three months. I'm not sure of my body fat % though. Working Out @ Home w/kids

Lost Baby Weight and Now Want Baby #3
I've been working for over 1.5 years to lose all the baby weight plus some....and now I have baby fever again! I really want baby #3! My husband is not sure he wants another one, so no idea what we'll do. Just think it's ironic I want to gain weight now so we can have one more :)

Broke Plateau- 10 Lbs left!

Just hit 80 lbs lost!
I know it says 81, but that's because tickers round up. I'm almost a month into Chalean X and I love it! It definitely helped me get over my plateau! I can't wait to see how I do in the next two phases!

Heart Rate Question During ChaLEAN X
Hi there, My heart rate never got up into my target heart rate of 122-160 during ChaLEAN X this morning. I think my weights are not heavy enough. When I do cardio, I have no issues hitting my MHR, but I should be getting up there during strength training too, right? Thank you!

Should you do JM's 30 Day Shred everyday or take a rest day? I'm on level 2 and pretty sore but think I can do it. I have only had one rest day since I started 13 days ago. I googled this but got a 50/50 answer. Usually get great advice here- so please let me know your thoughts! Thanks!

Need help fitting in toning/sculpting
I run approx four times a week anywhere from 2-4 miles each time. I really want to add in toning/sculpting but not give up my running. How many days a week should I rest? How many days should I tone?
