^^^yep. I don't like my foods to touch either. It's all a texture issue for me. I don't care for jello, many puddings or yogurts either. Sometimes an overly ripe banana will put me off. Plus my mother is the same way- I grew up seeing it.

Im a little disappointed because i gained 1.5 pounds back. However, i had to stop running due to complications from my foot surgery. I will be getting special braces for my ankles next week and will be able to resume working out :) so i am keeping my head up, focusing on good food this week, and pumping myself up for some…

This week was MUCH better than week one for me. I am slowly getting back to my weight before the foot surgery. This entire week has felt push and shove to me, but things are slowly falling back into place. I am loving reading about these losses though. You are all rocking this!
