Im 5'4" and my goal weight is 128. Im going to see how I look at this weight and decide if I want to loose more or not. All depends on how my body will hold the weight. Last time I lost weight I got down to 138 but still had a band of fat around my tummy.

I'm on depo so don't actually get 'periods' per-sey. But can definately tell when the time of the month would be if I wasn't on depo because I retain water like CRAZY! I weighed myself one day and was 72.3 kgs. The next day I was 73.8! I get really bad bloating aswell...gives me the worst looking 'baby belly' ever!

The only thing I pre log is dinner if I know what im having. This helps me not go over my calories for the day and get a nast surprise at dinner time. it also lets me know that if i've gone over for the day i need to work harder at the gym to zero myself out! :)

i weight myself every morning at the same time, before breakfast. When i can feel that my body's getting into the swing of loosing afew hundred grams or so every day then i'll record my weight everyday. But when it's in it's intital stage of rediculous fluctuation and water retention I only record me weight every few days…

I weigh myself everyday in the morning. I like it because then I can get excited when I see the amount of grams im loosing everyday :)
