I truthfully haven't even looked at the meal plan that came with insanity and I'm eating sensibly and using MFP for counting calories. I have also been drinking greens daily to keep my system clean!

A packet of albacore white tuna, some mayo with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, and either some whole wheat bread or crackers. That's what I've been eating lately with a slice of tomato on top. It probably depends on what you cook them in. If you just use a small amount of EVOO or something else low calorie, you won't be adding to much to it. Or just put some water down and let them soften in the water. Then there are no extra calories added.

You would not like my breakfast...maple syrup goes on the eggs, hashbrowns, meat, toast, everything...and better yet, I mix my maple syrup with my ketchup. YUM!

Do you suppose steaming the cauliflower instead of boiling it would work too? I tend to use my steamer more often for the convenience of it. Thanks!

I know this post is a little old, but I wanted to comment. My gym has recently added the Woodway Curve and I LOVE IT!!!!!!! It is such a different workout than what I thought it would be. I use the Polar FT4 HRM and in 30 minutes I burn almost 200 more calories on the curve because my heart rate is up so high.

I have done this, but when making the cake I use a diet soda instead of the oil and eggs that the cake mix calls for. That eliminates a lot of calories!

What I would do is break up the lasagna noodles and combine them with the bowties and make more of a casserole out of instead of a lasagna. Use the same incredients, just mix it all together instead of making layers. Sounds good to me!
