Hi everyone! I'm a college student who is stuck working on campus everyday and need something quick to eat for lunch. I have no refrigerator access but can get to a microwave. I'm extremely picky ( don't really ever eat beef, mainly chicken). Any tips would be great.

p.s. i need something that won't make me sick while walking around in the heat all day (no straight dairy basically) 107 is the high over here for the day.

Thanks!

I work outside most of my day and it can get warm (but not 107) I pack my lunch bag with2 small frozen water bottles (to keep things cool and to drink later and lots of fresh veggies (for the water content) baby bell peppers, mini cukes, celery etc. I'[m a big carnivore so I always have meat of some sort - deli sliced turkey - leftover chicken etc. and a couple of crunchy carb bits. I also usually have some jerky in my car if I'm hungry on the way home..

A packet of albacore white tuna, some mayo with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, and either some whole wheat bread or crackers. That's what I've been eating lately with a slice of tomato on top. So good, filling, and healthy! Oh, and I used to hate tuna...until I tried the all white, albacore tuna. Now I love it!
ETA: I also slice up some green olives in the tuna mixture. Makes it even better!
