Where do you keep yours?
Is there any food that you have that you store someplace that others think is strange? For example, growing up we kept our syrup in the refrigerator, but now we keep it in the cupboard. Some people keep bread in the refrigerator and other's do not. What "weird" thing do you do?

Freezing Spinach for Recipes
Does anyone freeze fresh spinach? I bought a giant bag of it but I know I won't use it all before it goes bad. I use spinach a lot in pasta sauces, eggs, things like that so freezing it should be okay, just not sure if I should blanch it first, then freeze? Or just put it directly into the freezer? Thanks!
