Anyone have any good hummus ideas besides the normal crackers or veggies?

    I made "nachos" by spreading hummus on those falafel chips and covering them with shredded mozzarella and scattering kalamata olives on them and then throwing them in a 400 degree oven until the cheese was melted. They were pretty damn good.

    We use it on sandwiches in place of any other spread. Also, Trader Joe's Tandori Bread warmed in a toaster oven, then hummus spread on top...YUMM!

    Sandwiches and wraps. I really like to lightly butter (margarine usually hehe) and rub a garlic clove over a pita bread, then toss it in a hot pan until lightly toasted. Cut it into little triangles and use the hummus as a dip. So yum!

    I always use hummus on sandwiches instead of mayo. I used it today instead of butter on a slice of whole grain bread with soup.

    I toast mini pitta bread, smear it on the inside and stuff in some rocket / spinach / anything leafy. Yummy.
