I usually wear black flared Danskin pants from Walmart or Danskin leggings (capri or full-length, depending on how recently I shaved my legs LOL) and a tank or t-shirt. I have 3-4 actual workout tanks with the built-in bra, but being a 36DD, I have to wear a very supportive sports bra also. I actually went to Goodwill and…

Hi everyone! I'm Brittany, 27, married mom of 2 girls. My DH and I have been together 12 years this month (married for almost 5). Our daughters are 4 and 2. I gained a TON of weight with my pregnancies, and I'm finally shedding the baby weight! I'm almost halfway to my goal of 60 lbs lost. I hope to gain a lot more mommy…

There has not yet been any evidence that the vaccine ISN'T safe and/or effective. People have died after receiving it, but they had co-morbidities such as diabetes, heart disease, etc. For the average healthy individual, the risk of HPV and possible cervical cancer is much, much higher than the risk of possible serious…

Meanwhile, we've basically eradicated polio, smallpox, and other similar diseases in America by vaccinating against them. I'm grateful to my parents for being responsible enough to get me vaccinated as per the CDC's recommended schedule. I'm following their schedule for my two daughters as well. And when the time comes for…

"Reports of side effects and complications following vaccination are collected by the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), which is managed by the FDA and the CDC. The reports are unconfirmed and not necessarily related to the vaccine. In a 2009 review of the data, the agencies reported that more than 23 million…

Agreed! My NSV for today: my old favorite jeans were falling off all day.

Thank you for sharing your incredible story. Every time I get down on myself or start to think I can't do it, I think of someone who has inspired me to go above and beyond "I can't". I have to say, that person will now be you! Your obvious dedication to yourself and your son is awe-inspiring.

Congratulations! Since you've been active for a while, you can continue doing exactly what you're doing now. If you had been inactive before, the OB-GYN would say take it slow and ease into it. I've got a friend who ran a half-marathon at 7 months pregnant, and another who did the 3-day 60 mile breast cancer walk at 6…

I'm with you there! I can't even shower for more than 5 minutes.

I did the same thing with a pair of jeans! I grabbed them out of my drawer, thinking they were another pair. They're still not comfortable, but last time I tried them, I couldn't even get them over my hips. I was laying in bed this morning, rubbing my hands over my stomach, when I felt a bump. What is that? Is it a tumor?…

I always have BB problems...one of the reasons why I'm switching to the iPhone 4s next week! The MFP app for BB sucks.

Wow! All I can say is wow! You look incredible! Thanks for the motivation on a day when I really needed it.

You look amazing! And don't be embarrassed! Us moms earned those stretch marks. I have them too (on my boobs, tummy, hips, thighs, and even behind my knees!) and I've learned to accept them for what they are: a reminder of how strong and amazing a woman's body is, to be able to nurture and carry a child for 9 months. You…

Amazing job! I love success stories with pictures. Just when I'm getting discouraged, a new one pops up to get me back on track.

I'm addicted to Coke Zero. I used to drink 4-6 cans a day. Now, I make myself drink two bottles of water (my 20oz reusable bottles) before I have a can. I figure, if I've already got 40 oz of water in me, a Coke Zero isn't going to hurt. I try to only have 1 can a day now, but I work nights, so sometimes I need an extra…

I've had 2 sections, most recent was 21 months ago. Unfortunately, if it's loose skin, it's not going to go away without surgery. Your skin can only stretch so far before it loses the elasticity to bounce back. Everyone's skin is different, obviously, so keep working on it and you might see a good difference. I know that…

Wow awesome job! Your waist looks so tiny in the "after" pix!

I have a 3 1/2 year old and one who will be 2 in December. I gained a ton of weight with both pregnancies, and since I was eating the kids' leftovers, etc., I gained even more. I'm finally losing though!

I'm a nurse and I just switched from day shift to night shift (7pm-7am). I've found that if I plan my day, I can stay on track. When I get off work, I try to hit the gym on my way home. Then I'll take a shower and go to bed. If I don't have to work again that night (I work 3 nights a week), then I'll sleep for 4-5 hours…

I have my pre-kids jeans sitting out (my absolute favorite pair in a size 9/10, I'm a 14/16 now). If you decide to buy some, I suggest buying them from Kohl's and keeping your receipt and leaving the tags on. Kohl's has no time limit on their return policy, so if they don't fit how you thought they would, then you can…

3:56am here...trying to stay awake to make it to 7am. The joys of being a night-shift nurse! At least I've stuck to my rule about not eating after midnight!

Awesome! Great job on the cholesterol! I'm working on lowering mine too. Cutting out fast food and vending machine treats will hopefully help lower mine, in addition to overall healthy eating and exercising.
-
I wear them when I use the weights. It was hurting too bad to even try without them. Walmart has women's sizes.
-
oops I missed where you said excluding a new wardrobe, LOL. but definitely sexy lingerie!
-
Not IF you can pull it off...WHEN! I'm getting myself a whole new wardrobe! Including bras and panties from Victoria's Secret!
-
Holla!
-
Wow! You look incredible! I can't wait to slip into a little black dress like that and ooze confidence! Keep up the amazing work and be proud of yourself!

Agree! WTG!

I use it instead of mayo for my turkey or tuna sandwiches on multi-grain sandwich thins. I also toast bagel thins and use it instead of cream cheese. Try the chipotle kind, it's the best!
