I am glad to hear that you guys have only gained minimal weight as well. I keep worrying that I am not doing something right. I would hate for these 8 weeks to be a waste.

Middle of week 3 for me! So far I have bounced between 166 and 168 the whole time. Is it possible that I found maintenance that quickly? It is nice to know that this is what I will be eating once the weight is gone!

I was just thinking this same thing during my run this morning! I have gone past the milage where you can make due without water. I am hoping more people will check in and give opinions.

Ok...I was confused as well. I started at TDEE-15% two weeks ago. I plan on upping to 2100 for the remainder of the 8 weeks. I think this is right. So, I am a little baffled by this whole concept. I honestly tried to find the answer myself but the thread is soooooo long. Here it goes... K, this maybe weird but I LOVE brussels sprouts and was feeling awfully lazy today so I made half a bag of frozen spouts and ate them with just salt and pepper and for my protein/dessert I had a greek yogurt. Lack luster, I know. : )

I just did Warrior Dash 2 weeks ago and had a great time!! I have ran a few 5k's so you will be fine with the C25K. There is also a back up at the obstacles where you have to wait, so you can catch your breath there. As for training, all I did was some upper body strength exercises for the climbing obstacles. I am 2 weeks in to 1200 cals a day and the crazies are def a reality. The plus side is I am motivated to exercise so I can eat something...is that healthy??

I have only completed 2 days of week one and then derailed due to camping. But, at 24 minutes a work out I can def get back on track! I will due 3 more rounds of week one and then move on.
