I PUT ABOUT 6-8 CHICKEN TENDERS ON THE FOREMAN GRILL..WHILE ITS COOKING. IN A LARGE SKILLET ADD A LITTLE OLIVE OIL AND CHOP UP 1 LG ONION (SAUTE) WHEN SOFT ADD THE COOKED CHICKEN TENDERS (CHOPPED) ADD 1/2 CAN OF ROTEL AND 1/2 PACK OF TACO SEASONING AND 1/2 CUP OF WATER..PUT LID ON AND COOK UNTIL THE CHICKEN FALLS APART..ABOUT 10 MIN. STIRRING EVERY FEW MIN.

ADD MIXTURE TO FLOUR TORTILLAS OR CORN!!

MY FAMILY EATS THE WHOLE SKILLET EVEN THE LITTLE ONES.

P.S IF YOU DONT LIKE SPICY GET THE MILD ROTEL
