Yes, these holidays will definately tough for me as well! On Thanksgiving day I plan to workout extra hard to kinda make up for calories I know I'm going to eat. It's going to be tough, but we can do it. Good Luck!!!

I am new to this website and was wondering why strength training does not show any calories lost? For example: yesterday I did 80 squats, and 70 bicep curls and when I add that in to my exercise it doesnt take any calories off? Does anyone know why? I know I got to be burning some calories.
