Back to the gym!

I took Sunday, Monday and Tuesday off from the gym and started feeling guilty about it. I definitely could have gone at least one or two of those days. I started worrying that maybe I was losing my dedication to losing weight. I decided I needed to nip that in the bud and get back to the gym.

So I got home early from work and decided to try out a class at the gym I haven't tried yet.

I burned almost 800 calories in an hour!!! My face was all sorts of red and at one point I thought I was gonna keel over right there! BUT I didn't quit and I am really proud of myself for hanging in there.

Bad news is I have almost a full days calories left to eat, lol!

I'm really proud of myself for not letting a few lazy days and a plateau force me to give up. I am really committed to this and that plateau is so not going to win this time!

Off to drink more water and find something to eat... :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:

    Good for you!

It's getting there that's the hard part. Once you're there, it's so worth it! Have fun eating your calories!

What class did you do? And even more important.... Will you do it again?

    Heh, it was Cardio Dance.

I think I might need a little more cardio work before I go back! I'd like to do it without feeling like it will be the end of me!
