Back to the gym!

I took Sunday, Monday and Tuesday off from the gym and started feeling guilty about it. I definitely could have gone at least one or two of those days. I started worrying that maybe I was losing my dedication to losing weight. I decided I needed to nip that in the bud and get back to the gym.
So I got home early from work and decided to try out a class at the gym I haven't tried yet.
I burned almost 800 calories in an hour!!! My face was all sorts of red and at one point I thought I was gonna keel over right there! BUT I didn't quit and I am really proud of myself for hanging in there.
Bad news is I have almost a full days calories left to eat, lol!
I'm really proud of myself for not letting a few lazy days and a plateau force me to give up. I am really committed to this and that plateau is so not going to win this time!
Off to drink more water and find something to eat... :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:

Good for you!
It's getting there that's the hard part. Once you're there, it's so worth it! Have fun eating your calories!0 -
What class did you do? And even more important.... Will you do it again?0

Heh, it was Cardio Dance.
I think I might need a little more cardio work before I go back! I'd like to do it without feeling like it will be the end of me!0
