FINALLY i am out of the obese category, on to the next stage at last! :drinker:

i have lost 34 pounds already, and am working towards losing another 30 pounds at least :happy:

so excited, going out tonight to a gig, so that is my reward!

good luck everyone, we can do it! :drinker:

    awesome!!!!!!! Im so amazed at all the success on this site. It encourages me to hang in there. I've been at this over a month and have only lost almost 3 lbs give or take an ounce depending on if I pee'd or not before I weigh, LOL!! Sorry, guess I am a little discouraged but it's bound to kick in soon. I walk almost every day and I stick to my calories:) We can all do it though,:) Have fun tonight!!!:) denise in Oregon
