Zumba is amazing! I am an instructor and I take classes all the time. You can burn anywhere from 400-800 calories a class. It's fun and it doesn't even feel like working out.

Do a light warm-up on a piece of cardio equipment of your choice for 5-10 minutes. Be sure to work your arms and legs to get the blood pumping. Do not do ballistic stretches because you can injury yourself if your muscles are "cold".
