You're welcome:) take lots of pictures because the scale lies! ! I weigh 10 pounds more now than i did 4 months ago but my waist is slimmer and my bum is bigger:)

Hopefully it works this time haha

Honestly i did on those days and there was a noticeable difference in my waist, however, the phone that I had that picture on broke. I just took this side by side comparison the other day. This is a one month difference of heavy lifting. Ive been really trying to lift and grow my glutes while not gaining much fat in my…

Your waist looks tiny! ! The same as mine but I'm shorter and my hips are smaller so i look chunky haha

Ive gained about 8-10 pounds the first month! But then another 3 months later, im still at an 8 to 10 pound gain because i cleaned up my diet since then. My glutes are still getting bigger each month in my measurements though. I think a day or two of 10 minutes on the stairmaster might be good for me being that i do not…

Thank you, I've put in a lot of work these past 4 months. You've convinced me to continue trying to grow some more first. I was considering a cut now, but i think I'll stick to my original plan of doing a cut at the 6 month mark come February. Im hoping i can slow down this fat gain while I'm at at. Maybe add in a couple…

This is what I'm hoping for. As long as i get leaner, even though I'll be losing inches everywhere then the ratio between my waist and hip should give me the appearance of a bigger bum right?
-
I understand that. I see a lot of pictures of people in prep, where in the end of their prep, their glutes appear more lifted and rounder because of that fat loss. I don't plan on going into prep, however, to have my glutes appear a little more lifted and rounder would be nice. In order to at least do this, then i need to…

Dang you've got a booty:) I'm 5'3", my waist is 27 and my hips are about 37.5. My hips have grown half an inch in the past 4 months. I would like my waist to get down to 24.5 like i used to be many years ago, but i was only 104 pounds then. Im 126-129 now since bulking these past few months where i started at 117 pounds.…

I forgot to mention, i see much faster results now than i ever did with my cardio only days. I've thought about becoming a powerlifter in the long run. Im still not quite confident about that yet. My goal for now is to be able to do 5 unassisted pullups at least by summer haha

I messed up somehow. Oh well lol

I posted this in another thread but i don't mind posting here too. This was my progress in only a couple of months the beginning of this year. My son was about 5 months in the first pic and 7 months in the right photo. I accomplished this by heavy lifting with progressive overload and doing hiit cardio for 15 minutes just…

Possibly lol

Thank you!

I'm bulking as well. Going on my 4th month next Wednesday to be exact lol. I'm 5'3" started at 117 pounds. Im anywhere from 126.5 to 128.5 lbs now depending on how much water weight i gain. I don't log my calories though..i become obsessive. I have 2 upper body days of weightlifting a week and 3-4 lower body days with the…

Awesome. How did you accomplish this? More cardio?

Girls night maybe

This was my progress in only a couple of months the beginning of this year. My son was about 5 months in the first pic and 7 months in the right photo. I accomplished this by heavy lifting with progressive overload and doing hiit cardio for 15 minutes just twice a week if that. Of course, i ate clean about 80% off the…

Yes, progressive overload and make sure to add in a lot of booty isolation exercises. I used to focus on mainly squats, lunges, leg presses and deadlifts. It wasn't until I added hip thrusts, donkey kicks, reverse hyperextensions, ball extensions, glute bridges, Kneeling squats and other various forms of leg lifts that I…

I've gained about 8ish pounds since August 17 of this year. I know some of it is fat, but I've also been lifting for about 5 years off and on so I can definitely tell some is muscle/muscle memory. I lost almost a half an inch on my belt and gained half an inch on both my thighs and hips, where my main focus is. My…

Yes, recomp.. Good to know! Cut scares me just as much as a bulk. I'm afraid to lose muscle.

So, a 10%deficit from tdee until I'm at the weight that I want and then recomp (eat at maintenance) to continue gaining muscle but losing fat?
