I'm in.. started this morning. Looking forward to Shredding though May!

I'm in.. I don't think my schedule will allow me to shred everyday but I will aim for 5 days a week and continue to eat healthy. Also have a goal to lose 10 lbs this month but MORE importantly INCHES which 30DS absoultely will help with! Please add me to your group. Happy shredding everyone!

I'd love to join the 30ds committment. Although I just saw this thread today so I will be a few days behind everyone else. I'm trying to lose 10 lbs by 4/15 and I know from experience that 30ds really shreds inches, ESP in your tummy area so I'm excited to start again! Happy Shredding

If you want to be healthy you can use water.. Apple Cider is a nice alternative but I'm not sure its considered healthy.
