weigh day is sunday mornings. I'd been a bit naughty last week and actually glad I'd stayed the same Christmas morning. Going gym tomorrow but not sure if i should weigh this Sunday. Would be the first week I haven't though. Dreading it! Have had over 2000 cals for 3 days running.

My favourite ideal lunch is - 3 asda crisp breads (16 cal each) with 30g of philidelphia light garlic and herbs (47 cal) and cucumber (15 cal ish). I'm strict on my calorie recording, everything I eat I note down. I weigh my food out, have to to get the correct amount of calories. The treadmill and other equipment I use at the gym I go to has the calories on the machine. I have to input my weight and age though and I guess it calculates it like that. My friend weighs less than me but does the same regime, and she burns less calories because of it. If I can give you an example it might help......I go…

I always try and bulk up with fruit or a snack bar if I'm not reaching my goal. Not tried nuts though yet....good idea
