    That is an awesome weight loss!! Be proud. You have worked hard and are on your way!!! Next time at the grocery store pick up a 23lb turkey! Remind yourself exactly how heavy that is...you used to carry that around with you everyday! Now you don't have to! Keep going and remind yourself why you are getting healthy!! You deserve it!! Congrats again!

    33 lbs down now, and am finally starting to see a real difference.

    I never thought I'd be solidly out of my size 16 jeans, but now that I am, my 14s are starting to feel a little large! I think most of the weight came off from the waist up, fine by me. I didn't realize how top-heavy I had gotten.

    Here is me this morning (wet hair and all) wearing the same pants I was in the earlier photos. They sure look different on me, don't they?
