You really shouldn't. I know a lot of people that do not weight themselves at all, but I do 1 time a week to see how I am progressing, but everyday will make you crazy. I don't eat oatmeal enough, but I do love it since I have started my diet. I love my oatmeal with Lowfat Yoguart and a couple of little pieces of fruit. Great Blog by the way!
