Yep, I hear you - same goes for me. Toned legs, arms, and lost fat round every other bit, but tummy still protruding and horribly wobbly - i can grab hold of all that fat and it makes me quite sad :(

I feel the same - when i am poorly or tired or time of the month, my eating goes to pot. Don't fret - you'll be back - I know you will!

Nearly at the two stone weight loss and cannot wait to get there! Will be buying myself a lovely treat to celebrate! It's good on here innit!? It's pretty much MFP helping me through - and I get very cross with myself if I go over my allowance or don't exercise! Nice to meet you all!

This is also my secret - I don't want anyone else knowing how I lost nearly two stone!!! I say 'a bit of exercise'.......it's my secret and it's staying that way!

That's an incredible journey - nice one! I can't shift the last 10 pounds, having lost 23 so far - v annoying!!! Now on 1000 calories a day, protein and fruit, and nothing for about 6 weeks moving off. About 300 calories on exercise a day. Getting frustrating. What are the options?
