Average weight for a 5 foot 6 inches female
Hi there I am plateauing with a good weight loss, but wish to know what the average weight for someone my height is so I don't fret too much....I am 37 years old and sit on my *kitten* in a desk job all day, but exercise about three times a week. What's the average weight for any other 5 foot 6 inch ladies out there? x

Upped my calories and now losing!

Eating and exercise - what's the deal?

Can't shift those last few pounds
Despite losing 23 pounds in the last year, I can''t shift the last 10 pounds - v annoying!!! Now on 1000 calories a day, protein and fruit, and nothing for about 6 weeks moving off my body. Doing about 300 calories on exercise a day - aerobic and toning. Getting frustrating. What are the options? All help and advice…
