Well...........I've been logging for a while now and a couple of weeks back I asked for feedback on it. As people correctly pointed out my eating was unclean and carb loaded so I looked at making changes.
I've been feeling shockingly ill for the past 2 weeks - damn cold and ears!! So I wanted to mix up my diet a little bit.
BUT just looking at my diary now made me really really mad with myself. The past 2 weeks have been horrendous with my eating and goodness knows how I've managed to lose weight.
This post is not a post to get feedback on my diary (although always welcome constructive critisism from anyone!!) it's more for a rant and a bit of encouragement because through March I am going to try and eat as CLEAN as possible and STAY within those calorie goals EVERYDAY!! Now I'm not perfect and I appreciate that I may have some 'BAD' days with parties etc but I'm OK with that..........I would also be more than happy if anyone wanted to join me and we can update the thread accordingly :-)

Well, I always say that when you're sick, you're sick, and you should worry about getting better first, and then worry about your diet.
But tomorrow is a new day! Don't think of the last 2 weeks as a failure, just think of them as a break. Now the break's over, and it's time to eat right again!0 -
Don't fret about your eating when you're sick. Eat what you need to to get feeling better, then worry about your diet!
Just remember, eating clean will help you feel better, and will keep you from getting sick as often. It seems like a pain to get started, but once you're doing it, you'll feel so much better!0 -

I feel the same - when i am poorly or tired or time of the month, my eating goes to pot.
