you sound like you're exercising and not meeting nutritional needs. someone as active as you should be eating anywhere from 1200-1500kcals/day. try increasing your intake, see what happens.

i have an eating disorder. i have had one since i was really young. if you want to talk, my message box is always open. I am also a part of a very supporting forum, that also helps. According to my BMI though i am not technically anorexic. I definitely restrict and count calories obsessively.

everybody knows alcohol calories dont count! they key is not to deprive yourself, you can have what you want, just watch portion sizes. you're going to remember this day for a long time, you can let go JUST A LITTLE :) have fun!

i like soy joy, odwalla bars, and clif bars. But i could eat a million of them they are all so tasty.

i only eat when i am hungry. I refuse to eat when im not hungry just to meet my calorie allotment. I'm told this is a bad thing *shrug*

i would only count it if you break a sweat. But that's just my view.

i count calories at every meal. Make sure that i nibble on something at every meal. MFP does a good job at separating stuff.

it's possible, but it isn't very safe. The slower you lose your weight, the more likely your body is to adapt to fluctuations and the faster your metabolism speeds up.

many of the items at subway are chocful of calories & fat. When you think you are eating healthy, you really aren't. Be sure you check the nutritional information of a sandwich you plan on having and look it up on the website. You'd be surprised.
