There were many healthy granola/protein bar options at the grocery store last night and I had a difficult time deciding which ones were a good choice and why. I ended up buying a box of Quaker Fiber & Omega-3 bars in Peanut Butter Chocolate flavor. Any other ideas that people have that have been successful? Any success with Luna, Odwalla, or Cliff bars?? I'm looking to up my protein intake and curb my sweets cravings. Thanks in advance!

I hear alot about the FIBER ONE bars. Never tried them but they appear to be a good choice.

i love the Special K protein bars - only 180 calories I think. I forget how much protein and carbs - but they are really good. The chocolate peanut better are my favorites.

The Kashi ones are great.. they are wholegrain and are only 120 calories. I have the chocolate cherry ones and they are yummy!

My sister has been working with a trainer. He said that when choosing a protein bar to make sure the grams of protein are higher than the grams of fat. That said some of the ones that don't match that description are still not bad as a snack.

I like Luna bars, Clif bars, and some of the Kashi bars.
