This post helped me SO much! I needed to hear that i am not the only one that struggles with certain food that its really common! Mine is nuts, peanut butter, processed meat, and block cheese. i have to buy the shreded kind, its harder to eat out of the bag!

I am 4'11" and i am 48 years old. I am struggling to lose weight on any plan, so i need all the friends i can get that are low carb successful!

The only thing that turns off the cravings is the low carb lifestyle. I do 3 days of under 20 then try to stay under 70 a day. That keeps my monster quite. you can add me as a friend :)
