  • I was not obese , just overweight.. I'm 5,4 and my highest weight was 155 lbs .. I ended a bad unhealthy relationship.. My ex was always giving me criticizing looks, and commenting on my weight.. That destroyed me..my self-esteem was so low..because I was so in love with him... I can't be in a relationship with anyone…

  • That's almost what I lose per month 2-4 lbs I think I should stop weighing myself .. because I do it every morning and it's driving me crazy.. A friend of mine lost weight and got the perfect body she wants without stepping a foot on a scale.. Jeans & dresses sizes are the only way she knows that she's losing..

  • I started my weight loss journey almost 4 months ago, and the results are very disappointing .. I started 30 day shred because my other cardio workout didn't work.. I know nothing comes fast or easy or free..But I'm really working hard.. I've always been overweight even when I was 6 months old hahahahahaha
  • Thank you :) I started 30 day shred with a high expectation because of the before and after photos I saw.. And I was so motivated to do it, I really pushed myself like never before.. High expectations always lead to disappointment hahahahahahah

  • Yes true! when I looked at my fitnesspal history, some day I go with 500 calories ! sometimes 800 But now I'm eating 1200-1300 for about two weeks.. I will give it a try since this whole thing of eating more is the only thing I hear everywhere I go! Thanks my dear :)

  • That seems crazy but I'll try to eat more. It's just after a month of dieting and eating small portions, I stopped thinking about food and no crazy cravings like before. I barely get excited for my meals.
