Ditto. If you don't eat enough you're body will know that and slow your metabolism down. FUEL your body. Eat healthy calories and you'll be fine! Keep up the great work!

I found that calorie cycling helps get through the plateau. Meaning days I don't workout I eat less and days I workout hard core I eat more. Rest days I eat 1200 or less, workout days I eat 1600-1800. ALso, look at you diet really honestly . Are you eating clean? Nothing out of a box.

1200 is low. Try with just 1/1-1lb per week of loss and see that that does. Remember - FRESH fruit and vegetables are LOW in cals so you can FILL up on these!!!! What gets me is when my mother-in-law (who's had lap-band surgery) says she can't by good food because it's too expensive and then goes to the casino. She wants advice and has excuses for it all.

I really think you need to eat more. 1200 is REALLY low. Even at my smallest of 114 I never ate below 1500. Have you thought about calorie cycling? More cals the days you workout hard, less on your rest days, etc???? What does your average day of eating look like? Are you getting enough protein and healthy fats?

Ditto ! They are eating like the 34% of obese in this country. These habits WILL catch up with them if they don't change. It isn't healthy, he will age quickly, have higher cholesterol, high blood pressure, possible diabetes, heart disease. You're living a healthy lifestyle and that WILL show as well!

I'm going on 10 months of nursing ;) I'm just now getting through my plateau. For some the weight falls off - not for me. I've really had to be strict with my diet/exercise to see results! What's your routine look like?

I think as long as your consistent with the time of day you weigh it doesn't matter. :)
