I am a custodian, I use a body media fit. I wear it all the time. I put my setting at sedentary .And Have my body media fit linked to MFP. And it adds the calories burned for me

I use a body media fit also. I have had it for about 2 years. Check it out. It does track sleep. I really love mine.
