Keep logging everything every day to build a habit - ideally logging before it goes in my mouth. Start building an activity habit. I put my exercise bike in my bedroom so it is a constant reminder. Firstly, well done! Just wondering though, how are your clothes feeling? Do you see anything different in the mirror? Has it taken you a super long time? If I lose weight over several months (very slowly for me) I notice it less because I obviously live in my own body and I see myself all the time. Just a thought.

So when I'm wasted in a club and have forgotten what I look like, I start chatting myself up in the mirror :D I'm just vain, really.

My boyfriend knows my weight because I have at least one panic attack about it a week. I'm not sure I really want to post here because my BMI is fairly low (but healthy) and I have some very specific goals in terms of body fat %, lean mass etc.

New Zealand & Australia, but I've lived in the UK and feel most at home in London. That said, I haven't made it to NYC yet. Have been told that's going to be my Holy Grail. I feel trapped in suburbia and small towns/cities.
