I turn 40 in late September, and my short-term mini-goal is to weigh less on my 40th than I did on my 30th. It'll be a stretch, but I'm working for it!8

Wow - those are some inspiring losses! Great job and keep it up!

Hitting 60 pounds weight loss. Depending on the day right now, that's 3 or 4 pounds away.13

My mini goal is to loose 10 pounds of the 30 I gained back. Last year I lost 51 pounds, but stress in coming back in to the office to work had me "back sliding" to my old ways. Therefore, I gained 3 pounds back. Get these 10 down and work on my next 109

That’s such a cool target and one that I’m going to use for my motivation! I turn 40 in Feb 2023 and I’m 20 lbs away from my 30th weight.6 -
Get back to pre Covid weight and wellness12

The mini goal motivating me is stopping the sugar cravings...all the cravings. I used to be keto and then stopped. My body responds well to it but I let myself get lazy. Building healthy habits is really motivating me. I'm crystal, not new new but this app has updated a lot since the last time I was here. How are you all10

Guys… I’m super excited and I need to tell someone…
When I closed my diary a few minutes ago, my 5 week projected weight was 199.5. I’ve not been under 200 lbs since before I got pregnant with my middle son. My middle son will be 18 in just over two weeks…
I’m stoked.38 -
To break through this plateau I'm bouncing round in. Been stuck in the same 3 pound range for almost a month now, so annoying. Still eating at a deficit & exercising the same (or a little more) but trusting the process as this isn't the first plateau. Just so frustrating16

another 1.1 lbs lost will give me a 2% loss.
2.2 lb until sub 230.
5% loss so a total of 11.8 lb (3.8lb down)11 -
Accomplished a Mini Goal last night as I finally ran a sub 28 minute 5K! (27:44)
I started running just over a year ago and for my first 5K I ran a 36:40. I got down to the 28 minute bracket and have been stuck there.
I guess the next goal is to get it down from 10 minutes from where I started and run a 26:40. That would be a Maxi Goal!15 -
Everyone is doing so great!
My next mini goal is to lose 20% of my original starting weight, which will be a 46 lb loss.
As of last Friday I had reached 40 lbs so 6 more lbs to go! I hope to reach this mini goal by mid-August.16 -
I split my goal into a "main" macro goal, a step goal and then mini goals to get closer to each step goals.
Currently looks like this:
Macro goal: Lose another 16.3 kg (~36 lbs) to reach a healthy BMI of 24
Step goal: Lose another 5.5 kg (~12 lbs) to reach a BMI of 27.5 that will put me in the middle of the overweight category
Mini goals for July (half way there!!):- 300 000 steps in July (currently 138 000)
- Log 20 activities that are longer than 20 minutes
- 12 running activities
- Eat meals, not junk (read: chocolate), to re-establish a healthy eating pattern
- Focus on gratitude each day (makes me more positive and a better decisionmaker)
Oh, and also work on accountability for the mini goals, as well... uhm...life's too good and (smart) decision making is hard at times

Keep logging everything every day to build a habit - ideally logging before it goes in my mouth.
Start building an activity habit. I put my exercise bike in my bedroom so it is a constant reminder. At a minimum, climbing over and around it every day should burn some cals lol
Get to under 75kg by the end of August.
Get my hips down from 45 inches to under 43. For now. Long term goal is smaller.
Consuming sensible portion sizes. Big one for me, I eat good food, but too much volume.

Husband's bday is in August and I'm about 9 pounds from what I was when we got married. Working on hitting that by then.19

Today I weighed in at 165 lbs which is 75 lbs down from my highest weight of 240. My mini goal is to reach a healthy BMI by my 70th birthday October 14, 2022. Right now my BMI is 27.5. I need to lose just over 15 lbs to make my goal.18

Great job! This where I am at too. I'm at 192.6 at the moment. Strayed off the path for a couple weeks there. Gained a couple back but they fell off as soon as I started back up...likely water weight. Hope to be under 190 here in a couple weeks.6 -
Getting down in to the next weight "decade"!
Also, Halloween11 -
My weekly goal is to eat 5 mor more servings of veggies 5/7 days this week, to exercise 4/7 days this week and to go to sleep by 10:30 5/7 days this week.
My more long term goal is to lose 12 lbs in 12 weeks.9 -

Getting out of the 190's can't be my goal anymore because I just did it! I guess my next goal will be to tackle 185. My vegetable garden is producing now so I am aiming to have one meal a day almost entirely produced out of my land (eggs count). Granted I can't produce salt and olive oil but I can do what I can do. Trying to save us some money and eat healthier.17

Fastening a shirt or pants easily, without struggling when I previously couldn't wear them, is a huge motivation. Other people may not even notice. But I sure can see it, and that teeny tiny milestone is enough to help me stay motivated.16

My mini goal is to have lost 30 lbs by the start of school. I started in June and I've lost 24lbs with approx. 3 weeks to go!16
-
My current goal is to get (and stay) below 190.7
