If you want to go hardcore, get some KBs from dragondoor and follow Enter the Kettlebell program. You will increase the strength and endurance very fast. Padma.

I am here for 200 days now and I am still logging. The thought crossed my mind that I should stop and see how I would do but as long as I have my iPhone, I have no problem logging. I am not as obsessed about every morsel of food anymore but still logging keeps me in check. Padma.

I love kettlebells and for a few months now, I only do Yoga and kettlebells. I usually do hard style like in dragondoor and I do Kettlebell bootcamp 2 days a week. I am also doing 10 week, 21,000 swing and 5,000 snatch challenge. Padma.

I just finished my squats for the month. For a good measure, I added 100 more so I have done 2100 so far and I am very proud of them. Out of 2100, most of them are done with out body weight. I am joining in for the squat challenge. My only question is I do a lot of deadlifts (2 times a week about 30 per session). Can I count them too? Padma.

All done. I have done 659 swings yesterday to complete the challenge as I promised myself. I had to pull myself up from the ground afterwards but it was all worth it. I have a bad knee and had surgery on it. Also did tons of PT. So running is not an option for me. I recently picked up kettlebells and I am very happy with them. I am just about to finish up a 10,000 swing challenge for September. I would not advice you to take that but you can pick up any DVD from Amazon on kettlebells…

Date: 9/5/2010 Swings: 670 Time: 30 minutes I have used the 20lb Kettlebell and did mostly 2 arm swings so the workout was not too bad. Swings to date: 2133. Not bad for first 5 days. If I keep this schedule, I might reach 10,000 a few days before the schedule.... Padma.

clew, I usually swing to a timer for 30 sec work 30 sec rest. I counted them yesterday that I do 20 swings in 30 seconds. So to do 560 swings (I did it yesterday, it took me 28 minutes) and I was doing a mix of double, right, left, Hand to Hand swings to get the variety going. Padma.

Another week went by and I workout with kettlebells 4 days this week. Yesterdays workout was brutal but I am getting stronger my recovery time is getting better with every workout. I am lucky that we have a gym in our office building. Also my hours are flexible. As long as I put in the hours and get the work done, my boss does not mind if I am absent from my desk for 1+ hours from my desk.
