Create a CHALLENGE for me!

Give me a 14-21 Day Challenge and I will do it!

1. I have really bad knees - five surgeries. Running not option.
2. I can workout four days a week.
3. Nothing over an hour as I do not have tons of time.
4. Can be DVD or created by you or whom ever.
5. I will pick the best one and do it!

I really love fun and different exercise .

    Do you have a Wii? I am working on a Just Dance Challenge. You can do low impact w it if you want.

    with bad knees, just do wateraerobics 4 times a week for one hour each time.

    I have a bad knee and had surgery on it. Also did tons of PT. So running is not an option for me. I recently picked up kettlebells and I am very happy with them. I am just about to finish up a 10,000 swing challenge for September. I would not advice you to take that but you can pick up any DVD from Amazon on kettlebells and you can buy a 15lb kettlebell in Target or some place for about 30 dollars and have fun...
