I almost always go over or meet my protein. I weight train 2-3 times a week and was told you need the extra protein for your muscles . Protein refuels and rebuild muscles

Hello! I feel I am struggling too. I am trying to lose that last 5 lbs. one thing I changed my food tracking for 5 different time slots. I agree also with eating 5-6 times a day will help. I have a sweet tooth and always looking for ways to combat that. Please feel free to add me as a friend

I saw this and we now buy grass- fed beef only ( more expensive but we just eat less meat now) It was very informative and eye opening. A must see!

After dinner and/ or before I go to bed I have tea w/ honey. It satisfies my sweet tooth and is my way of signally my body to stop eating. I like Celestrial seasonings sleepy time vanilla. (no affiliations lol)

Best way for me to eat is 5-6 small meals a day 2-3 hours apart. And I try not to eat after 8 pm.

Thanks for the info about the ticker couldn't figure out to put that in. One thing I was doing when I stared was just paying attention to calorie intake, I realize in looking back, I was under my calorie intake but I was consuming "empty" calories. Now I pay equal attention to carb, fat, sugar etc. Now I make better…
