Yoplait has a new yogurt out that is 100 calories that isn't bad - I don't think and I wasn't a fan of greek yogurt

My trainer tells me to do low carb at night and I find when I actually do meat and salad it is better than say atkins bars. Maybe try chicken, fish, and veggies vs packaged bars and shakes....just my suggestion

I did not read through all the posts yet but I have friends who say I lost too much weight because they are jealous...maybe people are jealous so they don't say anything. Keep at it...it is worth it and you are worth it

I have the same problem and it gives me the creeps when I hear my knee crunching..
