Same height as you. 4 years ago I was just over 11 stone. Lost a lot after a very emotional time and decided to keep going for health and confidence reasons. Thought anything with an 8 at the front would be amazing. Got there and set a new challenge of sub 8 stone. Lowest so far has been 7stone 8lbs. Christmas piled it on, so I'm working back down. I actually liked being
7stone 10lb as I can relax and have a bit of leeway.0 -
I'm 5'6 and I have my goal weight set at 140 but my idea is about 145. I read an article and it said for 5'6 the range varies from person to person 120-150. Huge range if you ask me. BUt I know my sister is 5'6 and looks great at 135 where I look sickly thin at 135 b/c of my body build. I think 150 is a good goal!0

I'm 5'6 and my goal is 150 too. I think i look best at that weight, although a few lbs lighter would be good too0

i'm 5'7 and my goal weight is 1350

I'm 5'5, and would be happy around 120-130, and fit.0

5'6. I generally stick around 120-125, but I put on a few lbs over Christmas.0

I was at 140 years ago and thought I looked very good at that weight. I am 50 now and have set my 5' 6" at 150. Still have about 30 lbs. to go. I feel heavy. Trying to stay on track with exerciser and diet. Great job to all working at staying healthy.0

I'm 5'5 and i maintain around 122-126 lbs.0

My goal is 125 pounds, but I'll never really know until I lose a bit more. I have a large frame so I think it may look sickly on me. I guess I'll have to wait and see0

At 5'6" my goal is 130 to 135 or a size 6 whichever comes first  !0

I think it totally depends on your body build and how much muscle you are building - I am 5'6" and 145 lbs but a size 4...0

I'm 5'5" and my goal weight is whatever I feel like I can maintain between 130 and 140. I will probably shoot for a lower number between 130 and 135, but we will see!0

I am 5'6" as well and although I would LOVE to be around 135, I am most comfortable somewhere around 140, so that is my goal.0
-
I'm also 5'6" and my goal weight is 145. The lowest I've ever been able to maintain is 140 (and I was a size 6), but that was more than 10 years ago. I'm going to aim for 145 but we'll see how maintenance goes - I like to eat and drink so a bit higher may be more realistic for me.0

I'm 5' 5.5" and My 'final' goal that I originally set is 150, because that would be considered in the healthy BMI. But I've come to realize I've allready lost 35 pounds, but the goal would be to feel and be healthy, which is possible whatever stage you're at ! as long as you keep at it0

I'm about 5'6" and ideally want to be between 115 and 120 since I have a small frame but more importantly want to get toned and healthy. Currently at 131.0

I'm 5'6" and my ultimate goal is 135-140 but I don't want to look sickly. I couldn't tell you the last time I was that weight and do t even know how I would look. I'm aiming right now for 150 and will re-evaluate once I get there. If I'm happy with how I look and feel then the number doesn't matter as much. Good luck!0

Mine is 125, but I am still in high school. I lost ten-ish pounds, and am around 135 right now.0
