5'6 here and I am shooting for 135!!!! I would love to see 1300

My goal is 120 but I plan to re-evaluate that at 135, 130, 125. When I like what I see, I will stop, regardless of what the scale says. Currently at 135.2 and the belly is still pudgy so downward I go.0

i' 5'5-5'6 & i would like to be down to 135. but if im building muscle & my waist is at least small i will be happy at 1400

I am 5'7 and my goal weight is 135 when I was that weight I felt the best but you need to decide what feels the best for you so do what feels right:happy:0

5'7" goal weight 150-155? Mostly I just want to be a size 8.0

I'm around 5'7'', GW/CW is around 114 lbs. I have a small frame though, so that's something you need to take into consideration when choosing your goal weight.
You also need to think about kind of body you want: are you losing the weight to look leaner, or are you also hoping to build muscle mass?0 -

I'm 5'6" and I'm at my "goal weight." It fluctuates between 122 and 124.0

I'm 5'6" as well. I really wanted to get down to 135 but to me its unbelievable. My believable goal weight I want to achieve is 150. On the BMI chart for a 5'6" person is 114-154.0

I'm 5' 6" and my goal is 138#. I'm a classic pear shape and if I go any lower then that I start getting this thin faced tweeker look! Not attractive! Good luck on hitting your goal!0

I'm 5'6", large framed, and would like to get to a very toned/fit/muscled 140-150. Never been that small EVER, so don't know how that will look on me. The lowest weight I remember hitting was 159 when I was in high school. We shall see!0

Also 5"6' 1/2 & I currently weight 144 lbs, not big but all the fat is around my belly...
So my first goal is to get to 134lbs, I remember being comfortable at that number. But I don't just rely on the scale, I'm more focused on the inches & fitness level :-)0 -

my goal weight is 120. when i got married (20 years ago) i weighed 108. too thin! now i am working-out and hoping that at 120 with muscle, i will look and feel FAB!!!0
