I put on a outfit that I thought was a little to clingy & changed. My 13yr old son asked why I changed & I told him because I didn't think it looked appropriate. This is sooooo true!!! I had plateaued over the past month & couldn't figure out what was wrong. I did some research & figured out that my calorie intake was too low. I have increased my calories from 1400 to 1900 & have consistently lost a pound a week. :smile: !!!
